Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of the i Want That Voice platform ("Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1.Registration

2.To use the Platform, you must register and provide accurate and complete information about yourself. You agree to keep your registration information current and up-to-date. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

3.User Conduct

4.You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to engage in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to upload or transmit any content that infringes on any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights. You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to spamming, phishing, or transmitting viruses.

5.User Content

6.You are solely responsible for all content that you upload or transmit through the Platform. You represent and warrant that you own all rights to your content or have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions to use the content. You agree not to upload or transmit any content that is illegal, infringing, or offensive.

7.Intellectual Property

8.All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to use any content on the Platform without the Company's prior written consent.

9.Payment

10.Producers will pay vocal talents for their services through the Platform's payment system. The Company will charge a service fee for each transaction. Payment will be processed through a third-party payment processor.

11.Dispute Resolution

12.Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13.Termination

14.The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease.

15.Disclaimer of Warranties

16.THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

17.Limitation of Liability

18.THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT.

19.Governing Law

20.This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

21.Entire Agreement

22.This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the Platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

User Responsibilities:

As a user of the "I Want That Voice" platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You are responsible for the content that you upload or share on the platform, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You understand that "I Want That Voice" is a platform that connects vocalists, songwriters, and producers, and that any collaboration or business transaction that you engage in with other users is at your own risk.

You understand that "I Want That Voice" does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information or content provided by other users, and you agree to use your own judgement when engaging with other users.

You agree to indemnify and hold "I Want That Voice" harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses that may arise from your use of the platform or your violation of these terms.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, copyright laws, privacy laws, and anti-spam laws.

By using the "I Want That Voice" platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this legal waiver, and you agree to be bound by its terms.
